What Makes Tonic No. 8 an Indian Tonic Water?

Indian tonic water is the classic, quinine-forward style of tonic: authentic bitterness from real cinchona extracts, lifted with citrus and built to work alongside the gin as a worthy partner. 

Tonic No. 8 sits firmly at the punchier end of that spectrum. Premium cinchona extract gives it the unmistakable bitterness of a traditional quinine tonic water, while bitter orange and lemon peel keep the formulation balanced,and a hint of juniper finishes the job.

Cinchona, Bitter Orange and Juniper

Fill a tall glass with plenty of large ice, add your desired amount of gin, then top with Tonic No. 8 Indian Tonic Water for a crisp, punchy gin mixer that expertly crafts a bar quality G&T without having to leave the house or interact with the general public. 

Use a 3:1 ratio (one part gin to 3 parts tonic) and finish with lemon or grapefruit peel for what we consider a classic G&T.
