Australia-Wide Shipping

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. 

The reality is, unfortunately it ain't cheap to transport large boxes filled with heavy glass and delicious liquids across a giant desert landscape. We understand for States such as WA, TAS and NT, the costs and fees listed are quite expensive. 

Our e-commerce retailer partners with larger distribution networks can often provide more competitive shipping rates. Check out our Amazon store, Coles Online, Dan Murphy's Online or Woolworths Online Store as alternative options. 

Or find us in the drinks aisle of Woolworths, Coles, Costco, Dan Murphy's, BWS, Liquorland, IGA, Independent Bottle shops, Independent Supermarkets and many other major retailers. 

Order Processing:

We aim for all online orders to be processed, pick, packed and collected within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from date of purchase. This rarely can be subject to slightly longer lead times during periods such as seasonal sales and promos. 

Orders placed after 9am on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday (excluding public holidays). 

Delivery:

Delivery times: Usually 1-3 business days for Metro and up to 7 business days for Regional.

Please Note: Unforeseen delays can occur within courier networks but please be sure to contact us if your delivery is 5 days past its ETA.

All items are shipped to the address provided to us and we take no responsibility for incorrectly entered details when an order is placed. We are unable to change addresses or contact details on your behalf once an item has left our Melbourne warehouse. 

Should you become aware of any incorrect details while your item/s are in transit, please contact Shippit via the 'Get delivery help' button or contact the courier handling your delivery directly to see if you are eligible to change these details.

Although all orders are collected from our Melbourne warehouse in full, items of the same order can sometime become separated during our courier partners sorting and delivery processes and as such, items within your order may not arrive all at the same time.

Separated items of the same order are normally delivered between 1-4 business days after the initial delivery.

Although all our packaging has been designed to ensure safe travel, due to the bulky and delicate nature of our products, we do not offer any form of express shipping at this time.

Should any of your items be reported to us as damaged or lost in transit by our carriers, we will contact you and ensure a replacement for this item is issued.

All our items (Excluding packs containing alcohol) are automatically shipped with an “Authority To Leave” status, meaning should you not be available when your order is delivered, the courier will leave the item/s at your premises if safe to do so. Should the courier handling your delivery deem it unsafe to leave, they will take it to the nearest collection point.

Should your order be taken to a collection point but you or someone on your behalf is not able to collect these items, please contact Shippit via the “Get Delivery Help” tab or contact the courier handling your delivery directly, to see if you are eligible for a redelivery.
