Refunds & Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is based on the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund/exchange.
All our outbound shipping is free, although you will be responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse located at:
StrangeLove Beverage Co, 180 Wellington St, Collingwood, VIC 3066
Please also allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received at our warehouse.
Subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed, but if the order has not been dispatched we will make an effort to accommodate your request. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 1300 71 20 81.
Exchanges/Returns (Merchandise/Apparel):
In the event that you receive any purchased Merchandise item/s and find them to be wrongly described, incorrectly sized, damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange or refund said item/s once received back at our Melbourne warehouse, with Proof of purchase and evidence of the goods being received with said issue, provided to us within 30 days from purchase.
*Please note, this does not include change of mind or incorrect ordering.
*All items are replaced like for like and are non-transferable.
If incorrect sizing of merchandise occurs, the item/s must be returned in their original packaging with no damage or marks and in original condition for an exchange to be issued.
