Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Victoria, Australia, because we like to torture our staff with shitty weather.

Are your ingredients locally sourced?

Approximately 97% of our ingredients are grown, made or produced in Australia. The obvious exceptions being certain extracts or specialty ingredients like Yuzu juice. But we have a friend of a friend who just put in (two!) Yuzu trees so we should be sorted for a few Yuzus by the year 2035.

What is the 'Paloma' named after?

Some believe that it is named after La Paloma (“The Dove”), the popular folk song composed in the early 1860's. Others believe its named after your mum (if your mum is named Paloma).

Does my neighbour Garry like Salted Grapefruit Mixer?

We have yet to come across a 'Garry' or even a 'Barry' for that matter, who doesn't enjoy a Salted Grapefruit Tipple. It's quite popular in the 'Arry' community.
