Tropical Australian Pineapples were squeezed to within an inch of their lives, and spiced with coffee and pimento because everyone knows a little spice makes it more nice. Whack a pretty label with a fabulous pineapple on the front, and you have yourself a smashable tropical wunderkind of a mixer.

How to Build a Spiced Pineapple Highball at Home

The pineapple highball is proof that a good drink does not need tools, 25 ingredients or skill of any kind.

Tall glass. Large ice. 45ml tequila blanco or mezcal. Top with Spiced Pineapple and finish with a pineapple wedge, leaf or citrus wheel.

Feeling spicy? Add a light chilli-salt rim.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Victoria, Australia because we like to torture our staff and drinks with shitty weather.

Are your ingredients locally sourced?

Approximately 97% of our ingredients are grown, made or produced in Australia. The obvious exceptions being certain extracts or specialty ingredients like Yuzu juice. But we have a friend of a friend who just put in (two!) Yuzu trees so we should be sorted for a few Yuzus by the year 2035.
