Non-Alc Holy Spritz!
This zesty & tangy take on a classic Spritz - using a combination of Lyre's Aperitif Rosso, Italian Spritz and our herbaceous basil infused Lo-Cal Holy Grapefruit Soda will have you saying 'I can't believe it's not butter!' Wait, we got that wrong....'I can't believe its not alcoholic!'. Although the previous statement still rings true, it is in fact, not butter either.
Ingredients
100ml Holy Grapefruit Lo-Cal Soda
15ml Lyres Aperitif Rosso
35ml Italian Spritz
Fresh Grapefruit twist to Garnish
Instructions

Add your non-alc spirits - Italian Spritz and Rosso - into a tall glass

Top with the Holy Grapefruit Soda.
(3)
Add as much ice as the glass can physically handle.

Peel a section of the grapefruit skin off and twist it. Don't bother trying to get it looking as perfect as the twist in the photograph, it took 12 food stylists 14 hours to get that looking right. Just dunk it in, it will still do the job.
