Mezcaly Mandarin
Mezcal - Tequila's lesser known cousin - is made from smoked agave, giving it a distinct smouldering flavour. Love it or hate it, Mezcal is having it's moment in the sun. Paired with zesty and sweet Lo-Cal Mandarin Soda is the unlikely pair which perfectly balance each other out, like in the 80's when Arnie and Danny Devito played twins.

Grab a tall or short glass, this recipe does not discriminate in the glassware department.

Pour the shot of Mezcal over some frozen blocks of H20 (otherwise known as ice, for the non-scientific community)

Top with the Mandarin Soda.
(4)
Slap the sprig of Rosemary on your hand prior to placing it in your drink. Not only is it incredibly kinky to do so, it releases the delicate and aromatic oils trapped within the herb.
