Holy Gin
Jesus turned water into wine. StrangeLove turned gin holy. Same same. Zesty Grapefruit Lo-Cal Soda with fresh Holy Basil, paired with Herno's Classic gin featuring floral and citrus notes, is the ideal elixir for when you are just plain bored of tonic water.

Chill down all ingredients - including your glassware.

Add gin, followed by a generous serving of ice.
(3)
Top with Holy Grapefruit Lo-Cal Soda.

Garnish with the Grapefruit, and the Thai Basil leaf. If you want it to look as aesthetically pleasing as the photograph, please allow 4-6 hours to position the Basil leaf just right, so it does that flicky-sticking-up thing.
