Holy Gin
Jesus turned water into wine. StrangeLove turned gin holy. Same same. Zesty Grapefruit Lo-Cal Soda with fresh Holy Basil, paired with Herno's Classic gin featuring floral and citrus notes, is the ideal elixir for when you are just plain bored of tonic water.
Ingredients
90ml Holy Grapefruit Lo-Cal Soda
30ml Herno Gin
Fresh White Grapefruit Garnish
Fresh Thai Basil Garnish
Large Ice Block

Think of this like building a G&T. But the T is aromatic Grapefruit Soda instead. Yum. First goes in the ice, into a short or highball glass.

Next, yep you guessed it, the gin.

Gently pour your soda into the glass.

Garnish with the Grapefruit, and the Thai Basil leaf. If you want it to look as aesthetically pleasing as the photograph, please allow 4-6 hours to position the Basil leaf just right, so it does that flicky-sticking-up thing.
