Coastal G&T
An easy, brrezy & beautiful easy drinking G&T, featuring vibrant coastal botanical herbs such as sea parsley and old man saltbush. Ideal for sipping on the deck of your summer home, or due to recent econimical trumoil, by the inflatable kiddy pool in the backyard of your parents house.

Chill ingredients down, room temperature is the immortal enemy of a good drink.

Add gin, then ice, and top with tonic into your chilled glassware.
(3)
Garnish with old man saltbush*, you can usually find saltbush by forraging around the local beach. This also comes with the boasting rights of using the word ''forraged'' in front of guests.

If you do not have access to a large body of water, a sprig of rosemary will also get the job done.
