If you like pina coladas, then grow up. This drink is like if a pina colada got an ounce of self respect and made itself palatable enough to enjoy more than one without throwing up all over the nearest palm tree. Ditch the coconut milk and go lighter, refreshing, spiced and more-ish.

Locate a highball glass and add plenty of ice (this is usually found in the freezer).

Add ice, rum and top with Spiced Pineapple Mixer
(3)
Garnish with lime and pineapple.
