It tastes of lemons!

Real Lemonade
If you’ve been missing a lemonade that actually has flavour without being overloaded with sugar, this really hits the spot. It’s refreshing on its own over ice, and I’ve also found it pairs beautifully with gin.

What Makes This Lemon Squash Different From the One You Grew Up With?

The one you grew up with was mostly sugar and a bunch of other stuff that is probably illegal to put in a soft drink in 2026.

One of our favourite drinks to make, are the classics re-defined, and made with eye wateringly expensive ingredients.This one’s built with actual lemon juice from Mildura, delicate calamansi oils, less sugar and is lower in calories.

Australian Lemons, Grown in Australia

Crafted from Mildura lemons. Finished with Sicilian extract and clementine oil for balance.

Made locally, using predominantly Australian ingredients.

Is Lemon Squash Good for You?

Lo-Cal Soda’s we position as ‘better for you’. Lower in sugar. Real lemon juice. And no sweeteners.

So yes, it’s better than most.

Think of it as a well-made lemon squash that is a little bit fancy, a more considered low calorie lemon drink.

Lemon Squash Soda vs Standard Soft Drinks

Most lemon squash tastes like an assault on the senses. Too sweet, too artificial, too much of everything.

This one doesn’t. Real lemon, citrus oils, 3.8g of sugar per 100ml, and nothing pretending to be something else.

It’s a low sugar soft drink alternative that works in a glass with spirits, or straight into your mouth. An adult version, without the sugar crash or identity crisis.

How do you keep the calorie count so low in these sodas?

We hired a bunch of unpaid interns, to hand remove each granule of undesired sugar. But if the lawyers ask - we use smaller amounts of quality juices, extracts, herbs, spices and cane sugar - to achieve a lower sugar and calorie count compared to traditional sodas.

Do these sodas contain any artificial sweeteners, stevia or erythritol?

Nope. We don't use any sweeteners in our Lo-Cal Sodas.

Where are your drinks made?

Our products are made in Preston, Victoria. We picked that spot because the upturned shopping carts, youth knife crime and balding hipsters are fun to look at while taste tasting our drinks.

What makes this lemon squash low in calories?

Less sugar, not fake sugar. Flavour comes from real lemon and citrus oils, not lab workarounds.

Does this contain artificial sweeteners?

No. No one is pretending to be something they're not over here.

Can I use this as a mixer?

Yes. Vodka, gin, rum, tequila.
Pairs just as easily as the Lime & Jalapeño Lo-Cal Soda if you’re after something with a bit more edge.

Or don’t. It’s delightful on its own.

Why did you squash those nice lemons?

The lemons we squash are all very, very naughty lemons who had been sentenced to death row by a court of law.

Why did the lemon cross the road?

Because it was running away from a fate worse than death…being squeezed into one of our competitors sub-par lemon sodas.

Why does my boss have such a sour attitude?

Because his boss was circling back on him. Which caused him to circle back on you. Which caused you to circle back on yourself and now no one can find the bloody circle and WHO EVEN CARES ANYMORE!?
