Great with spiced Negroni Gin
Perfect combination. Did not over power the gin.
And the low level of sweetness was just right.
Four Pillars suggested accompanying with a slice of Grapefuit. This was even better.

How do you keep the calorie count so low in these soda's?

We hired a bunch of unpaid interns, to hand remove each granule of undesired sugar. But if the lawyers ask - we use smaller amounts of fruit juice, extracts, oils, spices and cane sugar to achieve a lower sugar and calorie count compared to traditional soda's.

Do these soda's contain any artificial sweeteners, stevia or erythritol?

No, we tend to steer clear of additives we cannot pronounce.

Are your products Vegan and/or Gluten Free?

Yes. Because our products are soft drinks, they generally don’t eat any animal products or gluten at all. They also, thankfully, don’t contain any vegans (or animal products).

Where are your products made?

Our products are all made in regional Victoria, near the Macedon Ranges. We picked that spot because the water is pure, the cows seem happy and we think it will make a nice place to see out the rest of the apocalypse.

Are your ingredients locally sourced?

Approximately 97% of our ingredients are grown, made or produced in Australia. The obvious exceptions being certain extracts or specialty ingredients like Yuzu juice or Cuban grapefruits. But we have a friend of a friend who just put in (two!) Yuzu trees so we should be sorted for a few Yuzus by the year 2035.
