The Passionfruit Mojito
You may be suffering through the worst financial crisis this side of the great depression, but at least in the 1930's they didn't have to pretend like they were in the Bahamas for Tik Tok engagements. Throw your phone into the nearest lake, and take your mouth on a little tropical vacation instead, with the minty, refreshing Passionfruit Mojito.
Ingredients
50mls White Rum
The Passionfruit Lo-cal Soda
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Mint Leaves
1/2 Fresh Passionfruit to Garnish
Instructions
(1)
Place mint leaves in your palm, give them a gentle *spank* and drop into a tall glass.
(2)
Add rum, sugar syrup and lime over the mint leaves.
(3)
Fill the glass 2/3rds crushed ice, and churn with a barspoon.
(4)
Top with Passionfruit Soda, a little more ice and your passionfruit garnish.
(5)
Share on social media, along with the very fake location tag ''Barbados''.
