A tall, carbonated martini highball for those who want to order a martini, but are too much of a baby to actually drink one. A crisp, clean vodka mix, softened with sparkling water and a hint of olive brine.

Instructions

Make sure all of your elements are chilled - this is of the utmost importance for any martini inspired beverage. Temperature will make or break this drink (no pressure.)

Add vodka over ice into a chilled highball glass, a splash of olive brine and top with Sparkling Mineral Water.

Garnish with fresh olive and lemon peel.
