Monte Paloma
Did somebody say Paloma!? Or are we experiencing auditory hallucinations from over-ingestion of grapefruit again. Either way, this positively gorgeous riff on a Paloma* is complimented by Amaro Montenegro, Agave Syrpup and a big ol'wedge of grapefruit to get the job done. *Sparkly backdrop and hand model sold seperately.
Ingredients
30mls Reposado Tequila
Salted Grapefruit Mixer
20mls Amaro Montenegro
5mls Agave
Grapefruit Wedge
Instructions
(1)
Pop your ice, agave syrup, amaro montenegro and tequila into a cocktail shaker. As the name implies, shake it.
(2)
Pour the liquid mixture into a short glass over ice.
(3)
Top with Salted Grapefruit Mixer.
(4)
Garnish with fresh grapefruit and drink it (preferably with your face).
