Grapefruit Julep
On first glance, this julep contains an excessively gluttonous volume of mint. An entire bunch of mint! In this economy! Yet on first sip, this zesty, minty grapefruit-y julep is worth pulling out a second mortgage on your over-valued shoebox to cram full of minty goodness.
Ingredients
30ml Classic Gin
90ml Salted Grapefruit Mixer
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Fresh Mint
Lots of cold ice
Instructions

Locate your favourite highball glass.
(2)
Add plenty of ice.
(3)
If you want to get real snazzy, add some mint leaves to the edges of the glass.
(4)
Gently pour your gin, then a generous squeeze of lime.
(5)
Top with Salted Grapefruit Mixer.
(6)
Cram a bunch of mint on top, so much mint that you think 'no, that's surely too much mint'.
(7)
Use some of that leftover lime to add a wheel to the edge of your glass.
